Purchasing Guidelines / How to order ?
Any orders or enquiries please send us an e-mail.
Please follow the below instruction to order.
In your email, please arrange your orders in the following manner:

Delivery Address :

Item Code :
Quantity :
Color:
Size:
Attach the pictures of items wanted in e-mail to prevent any confusion.
Product with the same designs in different colors will bear different item codes.
Drop us an e-mail and we will get back to you on the availability of the item/s you wish to order & the total pricing including shipping costs.
Once you have received the total price including delivery charges, kindly confirm the purchase via e-mail with your payment details. If we do not receive your email within 3 days, your order will be cancelled.
Ready Stock - we will delivery after received your payment.
Pre-order Stock - we will accumulate all orders from customer by the closing period and order from supplier. Customers are required to pay 50% deposit upon order confirmation. Once stock arrives, we will either send email/SMS/FB message to customer to arrange on payment and shipment.

-Once you have made the payment, kindly provide us the payment number.
-Upon receiving your payment, we will ship your order within 3-5 working days. A confirmation shipment with the tracking number will be sent to you.
-Payments & the payment particulars must be made within 3 days from the day of confirmation of the final price and stock availability. If payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be canceled.
-Purchases are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

Peninsular Malaysia - (1piece) : RM6, add on RM1.00/piece starting from the 2nd piece.
Sabah & Sarawak - (1piece): RM8, add on RM1.00/piece starting from the 2nd piece.
Footwears
Peninsular Malaysia - (1pair) : RM8, add on RM2/pair starting from the 2nd pair
Sabah & Sarawak - (1pair) : RM10,add on RM2/pair starting from 2nd pair
We do not deliver to PO Box.
A tracking number will be given to you. You can track your shipment at:

Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for any shipment if your local post office, for whatever reason, abandoned your shipment.
A confirmation of shipment with tracking number will be sent to you.
